If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!


As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns due to food safety regulations. Food items that are returned end up being discarded and we try our best to fight food waste whenever possible.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hello@pocketschocolates.com and we'd be happy to assist with a potential replacement or refund.

Refunds & Replacements

To request a replacement or refund, message us at hello@pocketschocolates.com within 14 days of receiving with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for your refund/replacement request
  3. Photos of the products received

Our awesome CS team will notify you once we have evaluated the issue and processed your request. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


During the warm months from May to October, to ensure that you receive our products in the best condition, we ship all orders with reusable cooling packs, insulation, and expedited shipping. We strongly suggest that you track the shipment and retrieve the package immediately upon arrival. There could be issues beyond our control such as extreme weather or shipping delays that may cause your order to arrive melted. 

Good news: we offer to replace or refund any melted chocolate. Make sure to attach photos of the melted products when contacting us.

Other good news: melted chocolate is not a total waste. It's safe to consume and can be repurposed in many awesome ways. It’s a perfect excuse to put your baking skills to the test! 

Please note that refunds and replacements are not applicable for minor cosmetic damage to the products that do not affect whether the item can be consumed safely (i.e., minor damage to the outer packaging that still has the safety seal intact).

We are not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
