It's Lynn here, co-founder of Pocket’s Chocolates. I still personally taste-test every new flavor we make, and if you join us, I’m the person you’ll be working with most.
I grew up in a family where food was the love language. A snack tucked into your bag without being asked. A meal that said everything a hug couldn’t. That’s the world I come from, and it’s the world Pocket’s was built from 🧡
My co-founder and I started at farmers markets with a folding table, a cooler, and a simple idea: snacks should bring real joy and excitement. Thoughtful ingredients, exciting flavors, and a brand that genuinely cares about the people eating it. Delicious first. Better for you always.
Five years in, I’m writing this at my kitchen table surrounded by chocolate samples because that’s just kind of my life now and I love every second of it! Pocket's is expanding quickly across retail including Whole Foods and Costco, and we’re ready to make waves online the way we show up in stores: with fun personality, excitement, and the kind of energy that makes people stop mid-scroll and want to be a part of it.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with me to create content that makes people fall in love with Pocket’s. Real creative ownership from day one. Here’s what that looks like:
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form videos. Drool-worthy recipes, product moments, BTS, and the everyday moments where Pocket’s just fits naturally into someone’s life
- Show up on camera naturally. You’re in the content, trying flavors, cooking, reacting, being a fun human who genuinely loves this brand
- Bring the vlogger eye to everything. The afternoon snack break, the first-time flavor reaction, the production chaos that make people feel like they’re actually there
- Spot trends and cultural moments and translate them into on-brand content before everyone else catches on. We move fast here, and fast is fun
- Build and protect a visual world that feels unmistakably Pocket’s across every platform
- Keep a read on what’s working, bring ideas on what to make next, and think about building something people keep coming back to, not just going viral once
Who We’re Looking For
You’re based near Los Angeles. You’ve been making content before anyone gave you a reason to. You want to understand how brands grow: the marketing, the storytelling, the business behind it. Your major matters less than your excitement to learn by doing and your willingness to make things happen.
Above all, we want someone who genuinely loves Pocket’s and its community, and gets the brand inside out. Someone with their own creative point of view who’s excited to bring more fun to the world.
You might be our person if:
- You’ve vlogged or edited videos. You know how to make raw footage feel alive
- You’re well-versed with video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc
- You genuinely love food and believe great snacks deserve great storytelling
- You light up a room. People leave conversations with you feeling good. That’s a real skill and we value it
- You have opinions about why some content stops people mid-scroll while other content disappears, and you can back them up
- You show up with ideas and the drive to make them happen. You execute with speed and real follow-through
- You believe joy is a legitimate strategy, because around here, it absolutely is
